Another thanks to PepperLePew for doing a guest review for the seasoning mixes from Big thingy Ranch, this review will cover two of their mixes

Good Shit - ingredients;Brown sugar,sugar,paprika,seasoning salt,pepper and boasts "absolutely no MSG"
Packaging;Well I guess the picture says it all, kind of a gag/private label you would have made up for an occasion. They are a hefty 9 oz. container that could last awhile.
Aroma;
PLP says it has a balanced smell with no ingredient standouts, aroma is good.
Fatalliman says balanced also, and with sugar being the first two ingredients I still can't really pick that out. I guess their "secret" is in the seasoning salt, that could be a number on different spices.
Appearance;
PLP says very small, too small for rub, but I'm not a rub kinda guy.
Fatalliman says evenly ground, nice color with no clumping with an overall good appearance.
We both agreed this is more a seasoning than a rub, it's just to fine ground to be used for a rub with out an overkill.
Straight -up taste test;
PLP says sweet with paprika after taste, good flavor.
Fatalliman says 1st taste is the salt or seasoning salt, there are alot more spices in the S.S. than is mentioned, 2nd taste the sweetness of the sugars.
Heat; The heat level was 0-1 pretty much non-existence.
We ate this seasoning on venison back strap, I did rub some on before cooking but when it was on the plate the flavor pretty much disappeared so an added sprinkle was needed for the flavoring.
Re-seasoning flavor;
PLP says it was good, just needed more after cooking.
Fatalliman says it's good if you like a sweeter taste, it's one of those "I'm in the mood for this kind flavoring today" mixes
Serving suggestions; I think this mix would work well with salads, popcorn, veggies to give a extra little zing,
and may be an additive for wings for the sweet& heat approach.

Part two,
Aw Shit- ingredients;Cayenne pepper,seasoning salt,chili powder,ancho chili powder,garlic salt,pepper. and again no MSG
Packaging; see above picture.
Aroma;
PLPsays Great! ancho & garlic smell, nice black pepper burn, awesome.
Fatalliman says good bold chile smells and with the garlic and black pepper scents makes this seasoning very appealing.
Appearance;
PLP says nice dark red color, flows good.
Fatalliman says nice rich red coloring and a bit more coarser ground than the Good Shit.
Straight-up taste;
PLP says fresh, nice heat up front, good after taste and not to salty.
Fatalliman says nice bold chile flavors with some heat right now, garlic comes out nice, but I find the after taste to be a bit salty and the heat stays there for awhile.
Heat;Had a decent heat punch maybe a 1-1/2 to a 3 with a nice after burn that sticks around and makes you want more.
Taste with the food; again used with veni back strap and again re-seasoning was needed.
PLPsays it's good when more was added, his suggestion for additional uses were on deviled eggs or potato salad.
Fatalliman I thought this was a good seasoning with sprinkling more on a few more time, I put some on my smashed potatoes and gravy and the taste was a
wonderful kicker for the gravy it really boosted the flavor.
I could see this working well with any juicy cut of meat including chicken and could really kick up a marinade, and would have to agree with PLP on the eggs and tater salad.
