I spoke to the guy who is running the Weekend of Fire show just the other day, and they still have a few booth spaces left if you or anyone else is interested. It is a very fun show as I stated on the salsa contest thread.

Lots of good info there. I am doing a show in Fredrickburg TX. July 24-26: Gourmet Chili Pepper and Salsa Festival. Not sure if there is any space left, but here is the link. We did pretty well at it last year....

I might go to the Chile Pepper Magazine's Zestfest show in Fort Worth. It will be my first time in Texas, so I am excited about making the trip if I can afford it.
